Rede TV is a Brazilian commercial television network based in Osasco, a municipality in the São Paulo Metropolitan Region, owned by the Amilcare Dallevo and Marcelo de Carvalho Group. It began broadcasting on November 15, 1999. The station's programming is mainly focused on entertainment, with several programs aimed at specific segments: comedy, talk shows, journalistic, sports, series, interviews and women's programs.
Rede TV has modern production facilities located in São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Recife and Fortaleza. Rede TV's headquarters are located in the CTD - Centro de Televisão Digital (Digital Television Center, in English), located in Osasco, a suburb of São Paulo, where its news division is based.
