Choice TV is the third largest private private public television broadcaster in New Zealand, broadcast on the air since 2012. In November 2014, Canadian Blue Ant Media bought a majority stake on Choice TV, which means the first international expansion group.
Choice TV was launched on April 28, 2012 at 17:00. It was created and co-founded by Alex Breingan, Julia Baylis, Laurie Clarke and Vincent Burke. The name Choice TV was invented by producer Rachel Hart. It is broadcast nationwide on the Freeview Channel 12 digital television network and SKY 24 television channel.
